Returns

 


We accept returns under the following conditions:

 

  • The item must be unopened, sealed, and in original condition

  • Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for return (sale items are final)

 


To start a return, email us at contact@sagetcg.com with:

 

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item

  • Reason for return

 


Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank

Non-Returnable Items

 


We do not accept returns for:

 

  • Opened or used products

  • Custom or limited edition items

  • Items sold during promotions or clearance

❌ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 


If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right — either through a replacement or refund.
