We currently ship across Saudi Arabia via trusted courier services.

International shipping is not supported at this time.

 

 

 

⏱️ Processing Time

 

 

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed the next business day

  • During product launches or restocks, please allow up to 3 business days for processing

📍 Order Tracking

 


Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp with your tracking number. You can monitor your shipment directly through the courier’s tracking portal.

 

 

 

🛑 Failed Deliveries / Address Issues

 


If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to receive, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional fees may apply.

If your package arrives damaged or incomplete:

 

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number and clear photos
